这部电影以英国伦敦为背景。在续集中被串成蜈蚣的受害者人数将增加到12人。内容讲述了一名英国男子在看了《人蜈蚣》这部电影后，决定“制作”自己的“人蜈蚣”的故事。这部电影充满了性虐待、强迫排便和截肢的场景，迫使观众成为目击者。

　　剧情接着第4集。朱利安和她的朋友从大墓地逃了出来，并将公司的宝验这件事忘怀，不过他们又在一个秘密房间发现一个装满化学药剂的金属筒，上面标着Trioxyin-5!他们交给科迪去分析，很不幸的科迪发现这种药物可以制作一种新的毒品，于是他瞒着朱利安开始贩卖这种毒品，并且卖给学校的学生，于是这种毒品越来越流行，到了万圣节前夕，几乎人人都吸过一些，在药物作用下这些无辜的学生一个个变成食脑性活死人！！在万圣节的装束下难以分辨谁是活死人，谁是真的活人？一场灾难即将展开！

Follows the story of a prospective husband and wife named Salim and Tasya. The two decided to move their pre-wedding photo shoot to Salim's family home after his aunt, Salim's only blood relative, passed away. In addition to having to take care of his aunt's funeral, Salim also had to continue the family ritual of burning incense every day on a mysterious altar. If not, his life would be in danger. Unexpectedly, their presence along with the photo shoot team in the house actually made the spirits of Salim's ancestors who died during the Japanese occupation appear and start terrorizing them. 　　sometimes i think it's a shame that movies like this one don't get the exposure that they deserve - that very few people will get to enjoy them... but sometimes, i think that the lack of exposure is what makes movies like this one - if indie was mainstream it wouldn't have been indie, would it?... so, the best thing i could say about "Zbogum na 20 vek" is a that it's a great movie, but it's not for everyone. the story is rather controversial, the level of blood and gore on screen is rather high (it makes the US horror flicks from the ྖs look like kindergarten cartoons) and the editing... well, it's so uneven, that it might induce vomiting... however, if you have the stomach to go over these things, chances are that you will love this film, because it is indeed full of heart. if you don't love it, watch it again... once you know what's happening in the movie it will be much easier for you to pick up all the small details that not only make the scenes look cooler, but also deeper (i have a theory that the whole movie could be seen through symbols only, but it's too long to write it down here)... none of my friends liked it at first, but after two or three viewings, they find it at least respectable if not outright brilliant... so, to cut things up, if you can find this movie, see it by all means. 9.5/10
