　　34 岁的单身女子艾索肯被母亲安排与一名黑人企业家交往，但她却发现自己爱上了一名白人摄影记者。

　　故事发生在一座机场之中，飞往夏威夷的航班即将起飞。副驾驶员铃木和博（田边诚一 饰）的内心里充满了忐忑，因为这次飞行是他的最后一次升职培训试飞，如果各项指标合格，他很快就能够升职成为机长了。可是，监督他飞行的教官不是别人，竟是那个以严格著称的原田典嘉（时任三郎 饰），一想到这一点，铃木就在心里为自己暗暗捏了一把冷汗。
　　同样不安的还有新人空姐齐藤悦子（绫濑遥 饰），她所要面对的，是同事们望而生畏的乘务长山崎丽子（寺岛忍 饰），各种各样有关于她的传说轮番在悦子的脑海里上演，还未挨骂，悦子就已经感到泪水在眼眶里转动了。不幸的事情还是发生了，问题接踵而至，先是负责售票的木村菜系（田畑智子 饰）发现机票超售，之后，机务人员中村弘树（森冈龙 饰）在检查机体时又在更换零件上耽误的过多的时间。飞机的起飞时间眼看着就要临近，一切真的都没问题吗？

　　卡萨达的年轻男女正准备开一场血月纵欢派对，但吸血鬼魔王却打算把他们全部变成活死人。唯一可以阻挡他行动的就是著名的佛罗格兄弟，艾格和亚伦这两兄弟带着两桶圣水和驱魔十字弓，加入高校生对抗吸血鬼的行列。

　　Marty（柯林·法瑞尔 Colin Farrell 饰）是一个爱喝酒的电影编剧，他的好友Billy（山姆·洛克威尔 Sam Rockwell 饰）则和Hans（克里斯托弗·沃肯 Christopher Walken饰）靠偷狗然后把狗还回给失主来赚钱。Marty近期在写 一个叫《七个神经病》的剧本，却没有什么灵感，于是Billy给他提供了一些素材。有一个神经病是一个杀手，每次杀完人都会扔下一张J扑克牌，有一个越南的复仇者，有一个自刎的贵格教徒....Billy偷了一条狗，这条狗是一个黑帮老大Charlie（伍迪·哈里森 Woody Harrelson 饰）的爱犬。Charlie丢了他视如生命的狗，到处在寻找。他找到了Hans住院的妻子并杀害了她。Billy知道这件事后，愤怒的将他的情人杀害，而她也是Charlie的情人，随后Billy扔下了一张扑克牌。原来Billy就是那个神经病杀手。他和Marty、Hans来到野外继续写剧本，同时他也让Charlie单枪匹马前来决斗.....

　　继《The Brothers McMullen》之后，Ed Burns以本片再次证明了其导演才华与其演技相比毫不逊色。在本片中，Ed Burns扮演大哥Mickey，而Cameron Diaz饰演的情人角色与Jennifer Aniston饰演的牺牲品角色各有精彩之处，深刻勾勒出婚姻生活中的人性百态。

　　A quick glimpse at the cast for this film would make any horror fan giddy with glee. The actual movie doesn't live up to those high expectations, but it's far from being all bad. Desi Arnaz Jr. (!) plays an author who makes a crazy $20,000 bet with his publisher that he could write a great novel in only 24 hours. To do so, the publisher gives him the keys to an old abandoned house where he won't be disturbed. Not true. Once he gets there he is interrupted by a multitude of guests including a family which consists of John Carradine, Sheila Keith, Peter Cushing and Vincent Price. They are gathered there in a twisted family reunion to release their brother from the room he's been imprisoned in for forty years. Even Christopher Lee drops by as Corrigan, the man who has just purchased the house. Soon, they realize that the caged brother is loose and out for revenge.
　　What a great plotline and what a dream cast! This movie should have been a hell of a lot better. It's hard to pinpoint the exact problems with the film, but I would venture to say that the lack of lighting was a major fault. Sure the house has no electricity but I think they took the title of the movie a little too literally. Scenes after scenes are barely visible and the actors' faces are undecipherable. Only the moments in the main dinning hall are well lit. Also, the great actors are given very little to do. Cushing gets a few chuckles as the scared brother but Price, Lee and especially Carradine are somewhat wasted here. Well, at least Price gets the best line of the film: `Please don't interrupt me while I am soliloquizing.' And on the plus side, the story has enough twists and turns throughout to keep one`s interest and the ending, while a bit of a cop-out, manages to surprise.

　　人人都羡慕麦克尔森一家人。作为一家之主，艾利（阿伦·瑞克曼 Alan Rickman 饰）在职场上呼风唤雨，在学术上更有颇有成就，妻子萨莎（玛丽·斯汀伯根 Mary Steenburgen 饰）是著名的精神病学家，在行业内享有很高的名望，不仅如此，儿子巴克利（布赖恩·加连保格 Bryan Greenberg 饰）更是一位即将毕业的准博士，前途不可估量。
　　这闪闪发光的一家人，无论走到哪里，都是人群中的焦点，而此时，艾利荣获诺贝尔化学奖的消息更是给这一家子镀上了一层金光。古人云盛极必衰，就在麦克尔森家被快乐笼罩之时，巴克利的失踪无异是当头一盆冷水，绑匪要求的赎金不多不少，恰恰就是艾利的奖金——200万美元。

农村姑娘于小艳来到大城市海城，几次受骗后，偶然的一次机会，她来到了大信集团董事长的家里，工作就是监督不成器的富家子弟王梓，在于小艳的帮助下，王梓逐渐开始自食其力，最终当上了集团董事长。
