简介：

　　因为丈夫贾主任（韩非）反对，一心想做理发师的华家芳（王丹凤）只能在家拿着鸡毛掸子练习理发技术，贾主任因工作要出差，华家芳抓住机会来到三八理发室成了3号理发师。不久，华家芳收到丈夫要回家的信，心猿意马理乱了某位顾客的头发，遭到抱怨。贾主任下火车与多年不见的朋友老赵（顾也鲁）叙旧，得知对方嫌弃其妻是餐馆服务员后，口不对心对他进行了一番狠狠的教育。
　　贾主任慕名来到三八理发室，指定要有“三八红旗手”称号的3号理发师为他理发，华家芳伪装一番后无奈上阵。正在贾主任对华家芳的技术大加赞赏时，前来采访3号理发师的记者破门而入。

Shankar is a weird man. He is a man of traditional values, hence he naturally hates youth wearing modern clothes. He is a sports fan, but thinks lowly of youth knowing anything about sports. But his most weird trait is hatred towards men without moustaches. He thinks that men without moustaches are characterless.　　Ramprasad has a moustache. He takes care of other problems by wearing kurta feigning ignorance about sports. Bhavani hires him immediately. Ram is a hardworking guy, so Bhavani ( Ram) have no problems. However, Ram once takes leave by pretending that his mother (who died many years ago) has taken ill, and goes to watch a hockey match. Bhavani Shankar, who also attended the match, sees him there.　　The next day Bhavani summons Ramprasad to his office and asks him about the Hockey match. Remembering the plot of a movie a friend of his is shooting, Ram convinces Bhavani Shankar that he had seen his moustache-less identical twin Lucky (alias Lakshmanprasad Dashrathprasad Sharma) at the stadium.　　Bhavani Shankar buys his argument feels bad about accusing him and decides to make amends by hiring Lucky to teach his daughter Urmila (Bindiya Goswami) music. Ramprasad reluctantly shaves his moustache to become Lucky and starts to teach music to Urmila. He is helped by his actor friend Deven Verma (playing himself).　　Now Urmila aka Urmi is the exact opposite of her father. She takes immediate liking to Lucky, while Ram is barely noticed by her. Bhavani notices this gives Ram another job to tutor on the pretext of her exams. Meanwhile, Mrs. Srivastav (Dina Pathak), a socialite, is roped to play the part of Ram, Lakshman Ratna's mother. Like Ram, she also ends up playing her own twin in front of Bhavani.　　Ram decides to tell Urmila the truth. Urmila tells him to tell the truth to Bhavani as well. Ram goes to Bhavani to tell the truth, but Bhavani sees Ram's moustache giving away. Bhavani exposes Ram, but ends up thinking that Lucky murdered Ram impersonated him to marry Urmila.　　In a hilarious chase that follows, Bhavani ends up totalling a police jeep. The Senior Inspector (Om Prakash) mistakes him for a thug named Pascal D'Costa is about to lock him up in the jail. Only when his Inspector identifies Bhavani Shankar by his real identity is he freed. By now, a harried Bhavani has developed hatred for twin as well.　　On coming home, he finds that Urmila Lucky are married. He refuses to give them blessings, until Dr.Kedar comes to the scene explains the whole situation. Now, Bhavani becomes even more furious, but on everybody's insistence, relents. The film ends with a family photo of Mrs.Srivastav, Ratna, Urmila, Ram, Dr.Kedar, Bhavani's sister Kalindi (Shubha Khote) Bhavani (who is shown without moustache).

In this film, Keaton, Arbuckle, and others, work as stagehands, backstage of course, in a playhouse trying to help and in some cases, stay far away from the eccentric and diva-like performers. When the performers rebel and refuse to do the show, the stagehands, along with Arbuckle's love interest, the assistant of one of the rebelling performers, perform in their place- including Keaton showing his ability to do butterflies, no handed cartwheels, while in drag.

Leòn, giornalista di guerra senza incarico, accetta la proposta di Roberta e parte insieme a lei per la Puglia dove organizzano un finto matrimonio allo scopo di dividere i soldi che gli invitati metteranno nelle buste per gli sposi, visto che la famiglia di Roberta è molto benestante e molto conosciuta in Puglia. Il fratello di Roberta cerca di far saltare il matrimonio per ragioni d'interesse. La sera prima del finto matrimonio i due protagonisti vivono una notte d'amore e la mattina seguente lui si dichiara, ma lei lo respinge e insiste per il finto matrimonio celebrato da un falso prete, amico di Leòn. Il fratello di Roberta chiude il finto prete in un capanno e quindi il matrimonio viene celebrato dal parroco del paese ed è valido legalmente. Rientrati a Malta, però, Leon va via lasciando a Roberta tutte le buste regalate il giorno del matrimonio dagli invitati. Un anno dopo Leòn presenta il suo primo romanzo di successo dal titolo Sposa in rosso. Roberta si avvicina all'autore per farsi dedicare una copia del romanzo e lui nella dedica le scrive A MIA MOGLIE. I due vanno a passeggiare insieme sul mare e Roberta gli dice di aver amato in particolare il finale del romanzo e gli rilegge l'ultima frase "avevamo tutto il tempo per rimediare" e si avviano insieme verso il chiosco Vite Parallele.
