　　1944年10月，波兰奥斯威辛集中营，在焚化炉工作的波兰犹太人和匈牙利犹太人正密谋暴乱，捣毁焚尸炉，由绰号“海什”的波兰人（史蒂夫·布西密 Steve Buscemi 饰）负责联络。匈牙利犹太医生米卡洛斯（阿兰·柯德勒 Allan Corduner 饰）因在双胞胎繁殖学领域的突出成就被狱警慕斯菲尔德（哈威·凯特尔 Harvey Keitel 饰）特别优待，他不愿眼看匈牙利人霍夫曼（大卫·阿奎特 David Arquette 饰）用枕头捂死一位自杀失败的狱友，与其产生矛盾。附近女子监狱向焚化炉偷偷运送火药的行迹暴露，蒂娜（米拉·索维诺 Mira Sorvino 饰）和洛萨（娜塔莎·雷昂 Natasha Lyonn 饰）被折磨致死。就在霍夫曼心急如焚等待暴乱时机到来的时候，他在毒气室的尸堆里发现了一名奄奄一息的少女。要不要救人？会不会打乱暴乱计划？霍夫曼和狱友无所适从……

　　为纪念日本大正时代的浪漫诗人、画家竹久梦二诞辰130周年。“星二代”骏河太郎首次出演男一号主演传纪影片《梦二 爱的迸发》，同时由小宫有纱、加藤雅也、黑谷友香、高见こころ、长尾美希等共演，讲述的是日本以描绘大正时代诸多美人图为名的画家竹久梦二，对两位心爱女子表达心情的故事。
　　竹久梦二，本名竹久茂次郎，有“大正浪漫的代名词”、“漂泊的抒情画家”之称的日本明治和大正时期的著名的画家、装帧设计家、诗人和歌人。他不仅打通了所谓纯艺术与设计、工艺等实用美术的边界，而且开启了东洋画坛的新时代，时至今日依然对日本美术有着极其重要的影响。他的画风，对中国著名画家丰子恺的影响也非常大。

　　1990年代，某城市。年愈五旬的伞匠李来福（魏宗万 饰）与营业员肉嫂（方青卓 饰）相恋，正待两人准备结婚时，一个黑衣女人（宁静 饰）不期而至，并在新婚的床头放下一男婴臭臭。肉嫂疑为孩子是来福私生子，吵闹过后号啕而去。来福百口莫辩，想丢弃臭臭，孩子的泣哭令来福不忍。深夜，再次来到来福家的黑衣女臭臭的生母刘婷婷道出原委。原来她是报复与李来福重名的负心男友（王伟平 饰），来福听罢如释重负，他帮婷婷查找到其男友住址，但现状令人震惊。男友抛弃婷婷只身去澳洲后，生活无着，在买掉一个肾后落魄回国......

上篇中，夜神月（藤原龙也 饰）设计除掉了女友和跟踪自己的FBI的探员，趁机混进了调查本部，但是，L（松山健一 饰）对他的怀疑并没有结束，新一轮的智力游戏继续进行。
与死神硫克个性迥异的死神雷姆把另外一本“死亡笔记”扔到人间，得到它的是极度崇拜“基拉”的少女弥海砂（户田惠梨香 饰），她还以一半性命为代价得到了夜神月所没有的死神之眼。并主动和夜神月联系，答应协助他除掉L，条件是让月做自己的男朋友。聪明的L先发制人，将弥海砂关进了基拉对策室，夜神月为了救弥海砂，也为了自保，想到了一个绝妙的办法。
同时，因为跟踪报道“基拉”事件而风头大劲的樱花电视台发生了一连出人意料的事情，主播高田清美（片濑那奈 饰）追踪基拉的过程中发现了不为人知的秘密，随即第三名基拉出现了......
两个死神，两本“死亡笔记”，三个基拉，一切扑朔迷离；两个算无遗漏的天才，谁最终能够洞悉事实的真相？谁才是“死亡笔记”上最后的名字？

　　住在曼谷唐人街，父母早年失踪的阿探（郭富城 饰），自幼渴望和好友风泽（廖启智 饰）一起投身警界，却因高度近视未能如愿，不甘心之下，他当起了私家侦探，却只能接一些鸡鸣狗盗的小案子，赚钱不多、口碑奇差，还时常入不敷出，要靠风泽接济。一天，阿探的朋友肥龙（成奎安 饰）委托他调查一个女人，声称自己正在被她追杀。好奇之下，阿探根据照片查出这个女子叫莫慧心，却在寻找相关知情人士时接连出现怪异事件：跟莫慧心有关的人相继死亡，而阿探总是第一个发现者，简直成了死神的化身。为此风泽百般奉劝阿探放弃追查，甚至不惜以两人多年友谊要挟，阿探却执意坚持。随着调查的进展，惊人的真相开始渐渐浮出水面……
